WHERE: Starts off at Drumarg Comunity House ( Teach Séamas Mac Tréinfhir )

A  series of 6 boxing classes fro boys and girls of primary school age.

COMMENTS:  A series of six 45  minute boxing coaching lessons in Duffy Gym for 25 primary school age children. Heart Start Classes

Two heart start classes for up to 10 persons per class .

WHO:ABC/NRPB Growing Communities Programme

WHERE: The Hayloft, The Palace, Demesne

WHEN: Thursdays 23rd and 30th January 7.00pm-9.00pm

COMMENTS: This is a free course open to NR residents 14 and above . There will be two classes of 20 people cosisting of two hours free training in CPR. Refreshments will be provided.Please state perferred date.

Free Yoga Classes
