    The walks take place on alternating nights and may be subject to change for weather conditions.

    A  series of 6 boxing classes fro boys and girls of primary school age.

    COMMENTS:  A series of six 45  minute boxing coaching lessons in Duffy Gym for 25 primary school age children. Because of demand we are now trying to run a second series of classes.

    Two heart start classes for up to 10 persons per class .

    WHERE: The Hayloft, The Palace, Demesne

    WHEN: Thursdays 23rd and 30th January 7.00pm-9.00pm

    COMMENTS: This is a free course open to NR residents 14 and above . There will be two classes of 20 people cosisting of two hours free training in CPR. Refreshments will be provided.Please state perferred date.
