  • Gentle Yoga/ Chronic Pain Taster Sessions
    10:00am - 11:30am 

    Second in a series of free yoga taster classes.

    WHO: West Armagh Consotium Healthy Living Centre 

    WHERE: WAC function hall. Sherrys Field Sports Complex

    COMMENTS: This is a free taster session targettin people living with chronic pain aiming to gently introduce them to the benefits of yoga.

    Ladies walking club taking place on alternating  night .

    WHO:Drumarg Community Association

    WHERE: Starts off at Drumarg Comunity House ( Teach Séamas Mac Tréinfhir )

    COMMENTS: This is a free course designed to encourage pyhisical activity with a social element . Contact Jackie on 07599 992825

    The walks take place on alternating nights and may be subject to change for weather conditions.

    A weekly support programme for stroke survivors

    WHERE: West Armagh Consortium Healthy Living Centre, Sherrys Field Sports Complex, Cathedral Road, Armagh

    COMMENTS: This is a referral only programme delivered by Chest Heart and Stroke. For further information contact Beth on  bvance@nichs.org.uk

    Chest Heart and Stroke also deliver a stroke support class on Thursday mornings, however these are not always on a weekly basis.
